Cabinet Secretary for Ministry of Education, Dr. Fred Matiang’i opened the 19th edition of the Nairobi International Book Fair. The theme for this year is “inspired to read”. Also in attendance were Dr. Belio Kipsang, PS, Education, exhibitor Hon. Moses Kuria, and KPA Council Members.
